They promised us our camper would be ready on a date before our trip, and took our $500 deposit. The very next day, they told us the camper would not be ready before our trip as promised, and then refused to refund the $500 deposit. The manager, Alyssa, was very rude.

Bought a brand new TT last August and have had service issues since day one. Drop it off in November for “the first available appointment”. Had the camper for 4 months and flooring was not repaired. Dropped camper off again in June to have the replaced. Now there is water damage to the floor. Walls are being removed. Bathroom is being removed. Outside kitchen has been removed. never service and the manager are no help they do nothing to help they break even more in the trailer they give you junk parts day they are new

Do not buy from Tradewinds RV Center in Clio, Mi. if you desire timely service on your RV. Last year we called for an appointment and 1st available was 5 months out. Their service dept. tested and reported no issue was found. My husband had to sign paperwork so he could leave with our RV. At our home, my husband checked the problem we were having with the RV and it was not resolved. We left numerous voice messages and finally the next day the service dept. called. Customer service is terrible & treated a couple I know very poorly & they are in bad health, the stress is overwhelming. Assured them of certain things that you later denied. Wouldn’t recommend you to anyone

They will charge you a $995 top to bottom inspection fee for your brand new unit to have error codes flashing, a non working furnace, multiple fresh water leaks on the day you bring it home, and now the icing on the cake, the hot water doesn’t work. Do not buy from Tradewinds

Do not purchase any trailer from this dealer. They charge a prep fee of $995.0 and don’t even check anything. We get home with a 2021 North point. Furnace broke and water leaking everywhere. Run away! Now I finally get the water system flushed and sanitized to find out the water heater doesn’t work in electrical mode..... just great
