They will charge you a $995 top to bottom inspection fee for your brand new unit to have error codes flashing, a non working furnace, multiple fresh water leaks on the day you bring it home, and now the icing on the cake, the hot water doesn’t work. Do not buy from Tradewinds

Do not purchase any trailer from this dealer. They charge a prep fee of $995.0 and don’t even check anything. We get home with a 2021 North point. Furnace broke and water leaking everywhere. Run away! Now I finally get the water system flushed and sanitized to find out the water heater doesn’t work in electrical mode..... just great

The initial service with buying our camper was great however when we took it back to get winterized at that time we thought everything was fine they told us to come back in early spring and they would get our piping fixed because they had cracked it during the winterizing so when we try to make an appointment this spring they were rude and said they couldn’t get it in until August so we took it to Phillips RV now we’re paying $500 to have everything fixed that they broke. We purchased a brand new 2020 heartland torque toy hauler. Sales staff was awesome when we went looking, but after that it took a whole week to get ahold of them. As in calling them non stop for info and paperwork to be sent over. Finally picked it up 2 weeks after first looking at it. Got it home and see so many things wrong that we have missed and will have to go in for warranty work in the winter. Not pleased with the finance guy or service department. Sales staff was fine, but we have had nothing but issues with the service office. The people who perform the service have been pleasant enough, but the service managers have been dismissive, even rude, and the scheduling staff seems unable to manage the work. A very nice experience from our sales man but after a bird hit our camper it went down hill. a bird smashed into our camper on the expressway causing a huge dent. we made a claim on our insurance and figured who better to work on it then the company that sold it to use. that's where we went wrong. dropped it off on a Monday night to have a estimate done for insurance. Won auction bid on a camper and they refuse to sell it or work out a fair deal. When contacted they said it was a fake and that they won’t be able to honor at that price. They offered little to no fair negotiation on there part with the bad business practices. They charge a lot on shipping compared to other RV companies. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company for future purchases.
Buyers beware. We purchased a brand new 2019 Jayco from Tradewinds. The converter on it went bad. They told us they are to busy and could not fit us in till after the season.
