Worst mistake I made was purchasing from this facility. Their service is terrible and their RVs and work are terrible. Guaranteed they will refuse to take accountability or listen to their customers.

Hi Jessica, As we discussed on the phone yesterday when you purchased your unit in May of 2021 you had a 2 year manufacturers warranty through Jayco. You failed to bring your unit in for warranty work to be completed that we previously had approved for parts and labor. We cannot complete the work if the unit is not brought to our facility. I initially invested a total of $50overof over 5 weeks. My bonus/profit was $6,050, every attempt to make e withdrawal failed and I was instructed to make another deposit of $2,500 before I can make withdrawals which I did. till now, I'm still unable to make a withdrawal, ls and all attempts to contact brokers have failed. i got a camper ftom them they told me everything was good they had checked out everything they lied my furnace did not work i pulled out my outside stove fell right out i called them to bring it back to get fixed they told me it would be 3 months before they can get it in i had took it somewhere else to get fixed customer service sucks i don't recommend anyone to buy from them they sell junk and lie to you they shouldn't be open

They don't know how to treat customers, they are condescending and rude. Things that are covered by warranty they will lie to you and try to deny coverage....when we confronted the service writer about her rudeness she responded that's how she was trained. When speaking with her manager she also said we trained her that way. They have a bully mentality. horrible service. everytime we bring in for warranty work, they damaged more than they fixed. then we are given the bs statement welcome to camper life, things will move and break all the time. they need to explain that during sales pitch that its a giant home going down the road and everything will fall apart and you have to deal with it. smh. worst company ever

The service department is absolutely terrible, and I wouldn’t allow the service manger, Amber Kade to run a hot dog stand! I bought a 2019 Avenger, and I was assured there would be nothing wrong with it! I also paid for “prep.” Well apparently they don’t check to see if there are any out of whack/bent axles. I drove it 40 miles and the inside of the rear tire has belts showing. Amber Kade (service manager) told me that they aren’t going to do anything about it, but she can give me an estimate for repair.
