I have not had hot water since mid December. after a couple weeks of run a round from service centers that want to schedule me 3- 4 months from the time I call for warranty service, I decided to inspect the system myself. after verifying 12v input and checking ohms across other parts of the system, I checked the board itself and found no continuity where continuity should be present. We purchased a new Catalina 2018 from your company. Your Service Department needs an overhaul. I have worked in customer service my whole life. I have never seen a department run like your is. We used the camper 1 time an the air conditioner failed. Well we brought it back to you again, it was fixed, but your service department kept telling us we do not make them here. We purchased a 2019 Coachmen Catalina on September 8th 2018 from Karin, she was great during the entire sales process, very accommodating since we were driving 2 hours to purchase the trailer. They were also very nice about having it delivered to our site 140 miles away on Friday 9/14/18. Less than 24 hours later we discovered that one of the gray tanks is leaking. If I could give 0 stars, I would.. I have been trying to bring in my campers since November of 2017 for warranty work. I have sent them (Courtney) all the things she had requested. With little, to no response. I sent Courtney an email asking if she needed anything else, and she replied no she got everything!! They lied to me about what was wrong with trailer said there was one little spot that got wet the back corner of the trailer looks like it was hit molding doesn't match they didn't give parts I paid for they were an hour late delivering it didn't show us how anything operated there is three bus to drawers the stops are all broke said we was having new propane tanks all we got was two empty tanks the title still had a lien on it and they said all we had to do is take it to the title office and get it in our name we still hav... read more
