RecommendedI had exceptional service at Toyota of Erie! Brett was able to get me a next day appointment and made the entire process smooth. The service team took their time to diagnose the problem and ensure that it was fixed correctly before I left. Trying several solutions took time but the lounge area was well stocked and comfortable for me to work from. I was updated several times on what they were working on and left completely satisfied. I can’t recommend the service department at Toyota of Erie enough!!

RecommendedKaeleigh (internet manager) and Kayla were both very helpful and friendly. Kaeleigh kept in touch through email and made sure she knew what I was looking for. Kayla made us feel comfortable and made sure she knew what I was interested in and where I stood budget wise. Kayla made sure I was comfortable in the vehicles I test drove and made sure that the vehicle was the one I truly wanted.
