they will not give minimum respect to customers always they increase MSRP and they say 1000$ discount and they treat customers as slaves.
Buyers beware. New vehicles have a dealer markup price as high as $10,000. So all you were doing is handing this dealership $10,000 above MSRP for the transaction on vehicle. PRICE GOUGING.
Oh, where oh where to begin. My husband ordered a new Tundra 2/1/22. The process was a little shaky, but availability is crazy so it was nothing unexpected. They looked at our 2019, low mileage 4Runner that day and offered $36k for trade. It seemed a little low in this insane market, but fair. Horrible experience. The service center told us we blew the head gasket in our 2011 Highlander. Quoted $5500 to fix or $8 to 9K for a new used engine. Turned out to be Coolent system leak cost $385 to fix. There is more to the story which I will share in these reviews later.
The person I worked with in finance was rude and condescending. I will not work with this dealership again.
I have purchased two vehicles from Superior Toyota and thought I would be a customer for life. Then something changed in the past several months in the service area. I’ve had my vehicle in three times for the same problem and they cannot seem to identify the issue. First I was told maybe the alignment. Got it aligned and still have the same problem. We got our daughter a lease 3 years ago. Everything went great for that process, however, the lease is now up and when looking into buying it out, the finance person has done nothing but blow us off. This is our first lease experience where we want to buy it out and it should be much simpler than this. We are terribly disappointed!

Worst customer service I've had to deal with. Work was not completed & caused multiple trips to get results. Had grease marks left all throughout brand new white interior, very sloppy mechanics. Absolutely no accountability & a complete breakdown of communication between departments! I highly recommend anyone look elsewhere if you're expecting any kind of reputable work to be done. I won't be back & will gladly go to Lakewwood, NY in the future!

Would not Recommend for anyone who has a warranty they will try to void it. Service will also become very defensive when you ask a lot of questions. It’s not like I hate dealerships but if it is my first time dealing with them yes I’ll be a little more cautious and they should understand that and they were giving me so much trouble finally I just said I’ll pay their $80 diagnostic fee to be done with them.
