We got our daughter a lease 3 years ago. Everything went great for that process, however, the lease is now up and when looking into buying it out, the finance person has done nothing but blow us off. This is our first lease experience where we want to buy it out and it should be much simpler than this. We are terribly disappointed!

Worst customer service I've had to deal with. Work was not completed & caused multiple trips to get results. Had grease marks left all throughout brand new white interior, very sloppy mechanics. Absolutely no accountability & a complete breakdown of communication between departments! I highly recommend anyone look elsewhere if you're expecting any kind of reputable work to be done. I won't be back & will gladly go to Lakewwood, NY in the future!

Would not Recommend for anyone who has a warranty they will try to void it. Service will also become very defensive when you ask a lot of questions. It’s not like I hate dealerships but if it is my first time dealing with them yes I’ll be a little more cautious and they should understand that and they were giving me so much trouble finally I just said I’ll pay their $80 diagnostic fee to be done with them. We've purchased 2 cars dealing with Mike and were treated wonderfully. I wish we could say the same for the service department either time that we've brought our Sienna in for repairs. We won't be back to purchase or get any work done here.

Do NOT take your car to superior. RUN away. My fiancé took his WORKING car in for a recall in February. Two breakdowns, and short block replacements later and the car still does not work. They take ZERO responsibility for their work. Even installed parts upside down. Will never ever buy another Toyota and will NEVER EVER return to superior’s service department. Slow inept work, and their a rude to top it off. Keep your car far away from Superior.

I recently took my husband's Toyota Prius in to get work done on it because it was a hybrid my husband didn't know much of how to do a certain service task on it. After doing the service task they gave me a complimentary inspection which was awesome! But, they ended up telling me that I needed two belts replaced, two wheel bearings, and both coolants done. I was totally disrespected and treated like I didn’t matter at this dealership. A sales guy was putting down my trade and low balling the value thousands below book value. I test drove a new C-HR and it had a warped rotor on the front, I got told that they would see about fixing it. When we got back from the test drive I was offered $22K for my trade which I refused and I told them I got offers over $27K for it already. They told me I should go get those offers.
