Sold me a car with 2 dead batteries that failed to start my vehicle after only 100 miles. After a rental car, 2 hotel rooms and a tow, and a round trip to Cleveland to pick up the fixed car, I got bullshit from the kid Carson that sold us the car that there was no way the battery was dead and it was something I did. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Once you are off their lot,they could give a rat.
they take advantage of people. buy a car off of their lot and you'll have problems the same day that they won't cover to fix and keep giving the run around. would never recommend anyone to buy from here.
Their sales people are extremely rude. I called and asked why no one had responded back for nearly 4 days to an email for information. Chais let me know that the emails are automated and she didn’t get them right away - there’s no way for me to know that. She said “how many times do I have to tell you it’s automated and I didn’t receive it” as if I’m a child. completely lost my faith in this dealership after servicing my Toyota. missed items while doing a state inspection. was told items were bad even though they were just recently replaced.
