RecommendedI worked with Wes (sales) and Mike (Finance.) Everything was great, I was shopping with the intent to buy later this year. Plans changed & needed a new vehicle asap. These guys were so fast and got everything set up right away (the truck I wanted (with the options I wanted) and financing with the payment within my comfort zone.

RecommendedI was checking my Credit Carma app for car loans and new RAV4. Within hour Toyota of Erie contacted me. They said that they had 2 RAV4 that might interest me. Rich Cornman was my salesman. He answered all my questions and concerns and was not pushy. He was very nice and friendly. RecommendedI had exceptional service at Toyota of Erie! Brett was able to get me a next day appointment and made the entire process smooth. The service team took their time to diagnose the problem and ensure that it was fixed correctly before I left. Trying several solutions took time but the lounge area was well stocked and comfortable for me to work from. I was updated several times on what they were working on and left completely satisfied. I can’t recommend the service department at Toyota of Erie enough!!
