Fast & friendly car buying experience I went in to have my 2009 Toyota Camry serviced. While we were in service, I decided to take a little walk around the lot and saw a certified 2013 Toyota RAV4 SUV for sale. Although I had no thought of purchasing another vehicle, but as in a quote from the movie the Godfather, "they made me an offer I could not refuse". After relatively little haggling, they gave me a fair trade in value for my Camry and I left the lot with the RAV4.
Good Service The salesman, Jim Barth, was very thorough explaining everything to us. He was attentive and friendly. I like the fact that the first 2 years of maintenance are included. I did not like thati asked for a price and he did give me that price, but when we were finalizing we were offered many different options, as far as protection against dings, etc. Advised to buy at least one which raised my lease price by almost $45 a month. Great experience! My husband and I recently went to Toyota of Boardman and worked with Dick Bell. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. Great people to work with! I was searching for a new car to replace my daughter's 2013 Camry lease. Perfect Andy was wonderful. We came from out of state because we were given a great deal, treated well, NO games, and not pressured. There was a small issue with the car, but it was fixed promptly and we were treated to lunch while we waited. Would recommend dealership and especially Andy. Love the car too!! A+++ The finance person, Erica was friendly, accommodating and professional and explained everything very well.
