RecommendedOn Saturday, I had my first experience at Toyota of Boardman. My son and I were treated well from the moment we walked through the door. I purchased a RAV4 and I knew what vehicle I was purchasing before I arrived. All of the paperwork was ready to go and my car was ready. My salesman, Justin Bailey, was extremely helpful in getting everything in order before I arrived that day and he also spent a lot of time with me explaining all the features of the car. I would highly recommend this dealership.

RecommendedWonderful experience at Toyota of boardman, our salesman Nick Rushwin was awesome. He worked with my son and I to find him the right car. He had cars ready for us to test drive and really listened to what my son wanted. Also, Erica, finance person, was excellent to work with for my son's first car loan. They both went above and beyond their normal duties to make sure my son drove off the lot in a car he loved at a payment he can handle. THANK YOU!!!!

Everyone at the dealership did a wonderful job making us feel welcome even though due to our work schedules we arrived close to closing time with our two toddlers in hand. There is a toy room for kids with toys, a tv, snacks and drinks. This was incredibly helpful while my husband spoke with Mike Kirkwood and test drove a few cars. RecommendedI had a great experience at Toyota of Boardman! I went to this dealership and traded in my car for a new car. I came from out of state, and Bub Kirkwood helped me pick out the car that I wanted and had it ready for me when I arrived to the dealership with all of the paperwork ready. The dealership also assisted with the transfer of title and registration by communicating with the state that I live in to assist with the process. Definitely would recommend this dealership to those looking for a Toyota.
