I've purchased/leased many vehicles in my lifetime but I must say, my experience at Timmons Subaru has been the best by far. Took my 2024 Outback Wilderness for a windshield replacement and wiper replacement and the 30k mile servicing. They replaced the windshield only. When the service advisor called said the car was ready and the windshield was replaced. Asked him about the wipers and the servicing. Said it wasn't on the night drop ticket. Told him to look came back and it was on there. Called back and hour later says car is done. Picked it up the next day. Said everything was done. Got home. Went to check the wipers. Not changed. A new car I bought years ago never had the glove box lick work properly. They supposedly fixed it twice, but it still didn't work. They supposedly last time I tried I scheduled an appointment ahead if time. Bthey let me wait in the waiting area for an hour & a half before telling me they ordered the wrong part. My glove box still doesn't lick. I also had a problem with my windows sticking where I could get to close. I felt unsafe parking the car with the windows down.
