Car dealerships are known for their machismo and sleaziness and I am grateful to report that Timmons Suburu deals in neither. My wife and I were in the market for a 2024 Suburu Crosstrek. I reached out to a number of dealers in southern LA county and northern Orange County (I live in Long Beach) for out the door prices. I've been coming here for six years. During my last visit, Michelle helped me get the best deal possible on a part and Diego fixed an item that was missed during the previous visit. He also diagnosed an issue with my tire and provided a cost effective option. I trust this dealership and plan on returning as long as I have my car.

Jeff, in online sales was amazing to work with. I purchased a new Forester and Jeff made the process actually enjoyable. I emailed him for a quote along with 4 other Subaru dealers in the area. His was the lowest and when I got there, everything was ready to go. I drove the car signed the paperwork, done. Easy, peasy, lemon squeezy.
Service was great. Didn't know they had a small dog park. Timmons andcSubaru need to brag about your love of dogs. That's why we bought a Subaru.
