Service department needs better phone and people skills. They are not helpful at all. They are brief when asking them questions and it feels as though you're bothering them. I've been going to this location for service for 2-3 years and I've never been impressed with their service.

Careful when getting service done here. Bought an outback and after 6 months the battery kept going dead. Took it here for warranty work and the service department said nothing was wrong then I asked "well every 4 days now I have to jump start it so the battery is bad". They said no it wasn't but they did not know i have the tools at home to test batteries and it was bad, even showed them the pictures. Service writer could have cared less. Letting you know about Timmons Subaru of LB. Their auto body repair shop had a zero response to my need for a collision to my Ascent. Miles, of 'City of the Stars Collision Center', apparently a certified collision repair facility for Sabaru, took photographs and promised to get back to me with an estimate. Not having word from him, I reached him several days later and he stated that he still had a stack of estimates to complete and he would get back to me as soon as he could. I've always been a big fan of this Subaru dealership because of their friendly service and fair pricing in the services department. Today I came in expecting the normal drop off my car and Uber back when it's done and that was not the case. They have stopped their complementary Uber option for oil changes. I worked super close to this store so I am usually able to quickly complete my task in my schedule and was very disappointed today when they could not even extend this as a one time courtesy since I had no prior warning.... read more

My husband and I were sold the repair package "door dings and windshield" when we bought our car. I have a scratch on one of my passenger doors and I wanted to get repaired and was told the package doesn't cover it. Two weeks ago my husband went to the dealership because a rock hit our windshield. Attendant "It has to be 6 inches." We are disappointed in purchasing a package that has yet to be helpful to us.

My girlfriend and I went to try and look at some suv and we park right in front on the entrance and went looking at the suv and not a single soul came out and help us out, we were out there for a good 5-10min and decided to go inside and yet nobody came up to us and help us out. This is not my first time at timmon Subaru, I got a Subaru myself and try to get parts a couple time before from there and yet nobody want to help out. Say the less I wouldn't do business with them here.
Really unpleasant car buying experience this weekend. Manager was rude, but we ended up buying to secure the financing promotion they were running. Took 5+ hours to get through paperwork. This is the last time I buy a car at any dealership, should have just purchased online.
