Timmons Subaru Service Center recommended me to take my car to a repair shop owned by some scammers, City of Stars Collision Center ... Timmons Subaru provided me with a brochure and encouraged me to take my car to that shop... which makes me think that they are collaborators. The shop kept my car for more than a week, and never repaired it, instead, they gave exorbitantly high prices that my insurance company determined the car as a total loss. It was a traumatic experience... I would never trust Timmons Subaru!
Beware of rats and snakes at this dealership or you'll end up their next victim. I walked out of the dealership with a brand new car on Tuesday and a contract full of hidden fees. When I return the next day and brought it to their attention instead of working with me they wanted their car back so they wouldn't have to admit what lies/cheating they did.
