This is the first time we've visited Timmons Subaru. We were interested in test driving & more if we found the right car. We were greeted by Kam shortly after we arrived. He was so kind & very knowledgeable about what each car had to offer & what options were available. He also treated us with respect, consideration, & patience throughout our time there. The last few weeks I've been in the market to purchase another vehicle and was in the process of test driving cars. I wasn't planning on buying a brand new car but subie salesman Henry Park worked with me and I was able to secure a Crosstrek. This was my first new car purchase ever and Henry's friendly down to earth persona made it a good experience. I love my new car and am already going back to purchase accessories from their parts department. If you're in the market for a subie Timmons is a solid choice.

Had such a great experience at this dealership. Henry is the person to go to. He is honest and not like any car salesman I've ever encountered. He is very knowledgeable and patient when explaining the whole process and answered all my tedious questions Thank you Henry! You ate the best!!

It's usually exhausting for me to go look at cars all day, But I worked with Henry and he made the entire process so fun!! He made the test drives easy and playful while also having a response to everything I asked (and I asked a LOT!) truly I'm just so happy with how pleasant my experience was. I would recommend everyone to ask for Henry especially.

Timmons Subaru of Long Beach, what can I say. They were one of the better Subaru dealerships in SoCal. I was in the market for a 2024 premium WRX and inquired for it within a 60 mile radius. They were very capable and a fair to work with. I would recommend Sabri if you're in the market for a Subaru. I have plans to trade in my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sports and thought of going back to this dealership. Went to Timmons Subaru in Cherry Ave and tried their upgrade program to new Crosstrek Sport, but failed. Weeks passed, saw my nephew and told me that he got good trade in and financing scheme with his 2021 Impreza with a 2025 Outback Premium model. I got jealous and the next day I went to Timons.
