QUALITY REPAIRS My Service Advisor Mike Asperheim did a excellent job. Listen to my problems and took action. The shop mechanic did a excellent job resolving the problem. All Tenvoorde Ford staff I talk to were very courteous and polite. Keep up the good work.
Great Services The service was awesome, they found the issue right away and took care of it. They gave me options as far as price for parts and their incentive for each option. I also had a free oil change as after so many you get there they give you free ones.
Very professional people! The only negative issue is that I wasn't able to open up the inspection report on my phone (i have n android, teh message read 'folder not found). other that that everything else went smoothly.

Customer Service is very good The people were very polite and informative. The work was done as promised and the car works good. I was pleased with the service department and their communication, their prompt service and the quality of both. My only complaint is I called around home and asked what it would cost to do the same work on my vehicle and found the prices in St. Cloud are pretty high compared to Willmar. Repair on 2013 edge My service manager Chad was great. He helped me through the whole process of scheduling , paying and locating my vehicle. I'll ask for him next time I need service.
