Good service, Nice shuttle service and drivers. I have a 2014 Escape. The service was very good but I was disappointed that it couldn't be completed in one visit. I would have thought that parts would have been in stock for all recalls. Also when the new software was installed my clock no longer works so I will have to take it in again to have that fixed. It's pretty inconvient when you work a fulltime job and are a single person household with one vehicle.
