good overall, but diagnosis hiccups The service required multiple diagnostics. The first found a defective sensor. The part wasn't in stock, so had to leave vehicle overnight. Then after it was replace, the problem wasn't fixed and they needed to get advanced diagnostics from the service center. And that found another part that needed replacing.
Oil Change This visit was very positive, I had tried to use the Quick Lane several times and after being told there was a min. of 1 hr wait each time I just scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I was able to drop the vehicle off and have it all completed in less than 1/2 day. I will continue to schedule appts rather than consider the quick lane ever and avoid the frustration.
