Ranger It was good, but the only thing was waiting so long to get everything done. We ended up being there nearly 3 & a half hours!!!! It should never take that long. Otherwise everyone was very nice & friendly.
I will definitely come back. I found the staff here very helpful. I had been shopping at plenty of dealers to find the right car and spoke to lots of salespeople that didn't seem to know anything more about the car than I did. They helped me through the process and made sure I was happy with my decision.

Quick change oil change. Very fast and friendly service. I had a short waiting time, a cup of coffee, a short visit with another customer, my truck got washed and I was out the door.
Great buying experience at Tenvoorde Ford while searching for our 2015 Escape I came across one at Tenvoorde Ford on-line and emailed for more information and that I had a trade. The next day I was contacted to see if I had more questions on the Escape, after those were answered we moved on to my trade. Really good service I brought my car in to get the works special, and either ended up finding a few more things wrong with it. My air filter was really dirty so they brought it to me so I could see and then asked if they wanted me to replace it. The only issue I had was that it took longer than I expected for my car to get done. I dropped it off around 10:30 and came back around 12 and it didn't get done until 1. So I had to wait, but I did receive a discount for having to wait. Overall, great service
