New car maintenance Staff was helpful, performed first set of maintenances for new Ford Edge. Wife was disappointed that car was not washed. Previous dealership/car, wash was performed on vehicle after each servicing.
Lift Kit/Tire Install and kayak rack 2013 F150 Ltd Caleb (Nelson) and the mechanic(s) that performed the work on my 2013 F150 Limited did exactly as promised and delivered an even better truck than it was prior to the lift/new tires/kayak rack. Jason Everything went very well. The only thing I would like to have done differently was the tech made a comment on the paperwork that the tires were not rotated because the tread was worn too much and it was time to replace them. This comment was not pointed out by the service desk person. I only found it by reading the paperwork myself. I guess I would prefer to have that information told directly to me.
