The Service Department was eager to repair a loose The Service Department was eager to repair a loose undercarriage shield that had recently became detached. They clearly explained the problem and showed me how they would reattach the shield. They kept me informed though out the process and got it done as quickly as possible while I waited in there comfortable waiting area.
