2017 Explorer We were treated fantastic. We had a very thorough run through of how everything works. It's a beautiful vehicle and handles beautifully. I'm still adjusting to an SUV. I've driven cars my whole life so it's very different for me. Our sales person, Mike Bower, was fantastic Eric was very patient with me and thorough. Tony was on top of everything, even with a last minute change. Overall, we are extremely happy.
