Work was very good. No complaints about that. However the communication during and after gets 1 star at very best. Car went in on April 24th and was told car would be ready May 31st. Called Friday before and told wouldn’t be ready til approx the 12th. Car was finally ready on the 21st. Now I know they had to get approval for additional things from insurance company. I'm now driving my 8th Subaru and have loved their cars, and service... until I brought my car here for service. What a DISAPPOINTMENT! Made an appointment for routine maintenance on my 2021 Ascent to be informed that the wait would be 2-3 HOURS. I am outraged at the sales manager who lied to me and was extremely unprofessional. I worked in the car business in the past and I have never experienced such a lack of integrity. I put a deposit on a car that was in transit to the dealership. I was told that the car had been delivered and I drove to Naples to from Punta to pick up my new car.
