I made an appointment with Anthony Cruz @ DeVoe in Naples to inquire about the trade up program. He was very knowledgeable, personable and polite. Anthony explained the details of the program as well as discussing the options of the difference in models. Needless to say I now have a 2025 Forrester Premium. Every one here is friendly. They don’t push service that you don’t need. IMO they care for the customers and their cars.
When I bought my 2017 Outback I also purchased a 100K mile/7 year warranty & am very glad that I did … it’s been very helpful a few times. The warranty will expire in late September, and when I brought it in for an oil change, I asked about some electrical issues that were occurring. My trusted Subaru advisor, Larry Carsi, suggested that I make a list and then call in a few weeks to make an appointment to drop it off, which is exactly what I did.
