Great service department very quick and efficient. Do you know any downfall with Devoe Subaru is you cannot manually schedule an appointment because the calendar doesn’t work. I’m trying to get through to a service agent is hard. But the work that’s been done so far and my car is been excellent and quick.

What a wonderful experience. I ordered a Outback Wilderness and this dealer was top notch. Mario took excellent care of me and did a great job managing my expectations while ordering a car during the current shortages. Not only was my vehicle delivered on time, but a few days early! The sale person was very nice and corteus. However I went for the brand. To me Subaru is the best build car from Japan. I don’t know how I didn’t get one before.
The car buying/leasing process is usually a stressful process, the pandemic certainly hasn’t helped any with inventory shortages and tempers flaring. I was extremely fortunate to find Mario Lenz!!! He has a passion for Customer Service and a love of Subaru! Mario helped both my mother and I find the perfect models to suit our individual needs and secure leases that met our financial needs! I just signed a lease on my 2nd Forester. I am so happy with my new vehicle. My salesperson, Don Engle, is very knowledgeable about the different functions and controls. He helped me link up my phone to the radio. I look forward to the next 3 years in this amazing Forester! Best Salesman ever!!
