Work was very good. No complaints about that. However the communication during and after gets 1 star at very best. Car went in on April 24th and was told car would be ready May 31st. Called Friday before and told wouldn’t be ready til approx the 12th. Car was finally ready on the 21st. Now I know they had to get approval for additional things from insurance company. I'm now driving my 8th Subaru and have loved their cars, and service... until I brought my car here for service. What a DISAPPOINTMENT! Made an appointment for routine maintenance on my 2021 Ascent to be informed that the wait would be 2-3 HOURS. I am outraged at the sales manager who lied to me and was extremely unprofessional. I worked in the car business in the past and I have never experienced such a lack of integrity. I put a deposit on a car that was in transit to the dealership. I was told that the car had been delivered and I drove to Naples to from Punta to pick up my new car. Horrible place for service. Made an appointment for 9am to get first oil change and tire rotation on my brand new truck with 6000 miles on it. Was told I should take about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs, I was fine with waiting. About 2hrs 15 min later my truck is done. I leave only to feel a strong shake in my steering at highway speeds. I call and head back to DeVoe .service person tells me maybe there was a problem before I came to them, again truck has 6k miles and I only brought it to them because they called me saying I need service.... read more

Boy, they really don't care about you and making sure you're satisfied after the ink is dried when buying. I bought a brand new car that had paint damage and a dent on the hood. They said they would fix it, so great! No one ever called to update me and say it's ready, I had to call them several time to get someone to give me information. Drove down and the paint job was done poorly (dirt trapped so it was bumpy), the dent wasn't taken care of, they over painted onto the bumper, and managed to scratch up the car on the back. ... read more

Prior to returning north (Massachusetts) we brought our 2019 Forrester in for an oil change on 4/14/20. Shortly after the change and one day before trip, I figured I had better look at the level of the windshield wash. I wasn’t sure if it was covered with “top off fluids” indicated on paperwork receipt. Much to my surprise the coolant fluid was below the low line! I was beyond mad.
