First, let me state, that I loved driving my Subaru and I was already in the market for a new one, but now my Subaru is parked in the garage being driven just to give the pups a ride around the neighborhood, and my new driver in the house some safe driving practice in. I was there for 5 hours for a diagnostic request, and they did not address the reason I brought the car in for. Buyer/REPAIR Beware- When you are using the service department in Naples FL. Especially if you have an elderly mother. DO NOT LET HIM/HER GO ALONE. Where some instances in the case it can be determined we could be responsible now. If they had done their job at the time and not deleted information this all would have been covered under warranty. My mother had two appointments last year where she told the tech her AC was not working. They told her there was nothing wrong and it would cost her $250.00 to diagnose which would wa... read more

Work was very good. No complaints about that. However the communication during and after gets 1 star at very best. Car went in on April 24th and was told car would be ready May 31st. Called Friday before and told wouldn’t be ready til approx the 12th. Car was finally ready on the 21st. Now I know they had to get approval for additional things from insurance company. Very disappointed in the lack of respect for my family and my time! This is the second and last car DeVoe auto group will sell me! Way too many places to purchase a vehicle where you’d be respected and valued! What a shame!
