It's a money grab. Service prices are outrageous, service takes way too long. They will promise to winterize your boat but often times don't do it until late winter then try and charge you for spring start up. Good luck getting an answer from someone or speaking to management/ownership. They are nowhere to be found. Take your boat to another shop for faster and cheaper service.

I don't know where to start, so I will start with the obvious, STAY AWAY. I have never had so many bad experiences with the same business (shame on me for giving them multiple chances). The service department is a complete joke. On several occasions i have brought my wave runners in for service, approved all the work they recommended only to get them back with the same problem that they went in for. Not to mention the last two times they were there for service when I went to pick them up it took over 45 minutes BOTH time... read more

Ordered some gauge via internet. The parts inside the boxes don't match the model numbers on the package. Then they want to dispute my refund because the package was opened, although they already opened it and put the wrong part in the box. I shouldn't be responsible for shipping when you dropped the ball and sent the wrong parts. Now your contesting my refunds. I'm going to leave a bad review everywhere I can including your FB and IG it's bad business. Take credit for your mistakes

They have the worst customer service. They are crooks in the service department. They sell bad used motor which they claim is top of the line and it is really just a polished turd. I would give them zero stars if yelp would allow it. Don't be fooled by them!

Ordered two items from Amazon. Was NOT shipped one item, was also shipped an incorrect item (gallon of 2-stroke oil instead of 4-stroke). They flat out refused to believe me until I emailed them a photograph of the wrong oil, but never once tried to rectify the missing gasket. FedEx refused to ship the oil back once the the seller agreed to return the item due to their claim of flammable/hazardous material designation. Seller refused to fix the problem. Bad attitude. This is my second review with an update. Four months ago my wife and I met with Steve Sterns to voice our concerns. He took copious notes and said that none of our requests were out of line )should have been taken care of last year) and that he was to meet with Mr. Short for a decision. Terrible. I brought my Waverunner in to be serviced (Supercharger rebuild) and it had more issues when I left than when I brought it in. The rebuild was $1100, now I have to get error codes corrected that popped up after the rebuild. Then I have to pay winterization costs. Their negligence has cost me basically all my Summer on the water. Too bad a 0 star rating doesn't exist.

Service Department only: brought in my canoe trailer with less than 500 miles to grease bearings (no leaks) and fix chewed wiring on lights to pass inspection. Estimated $162 for 1 hour work and replace broken light fixture: got charged $488 because replaced both hubs at 2 hours work (didn't authorize hub replacement, so did give refund for cost of hubs minus bearings but not the additional $132 labor). No communication to let me know. BUT the lights weren't fixed and I failed inspection. Brought it back and they "fixed"... read more

Buyer Beware! Doesn't matter if you have purchase a new, all most new, or dealing with service, you may get "everything but the water" as "everything but the water" is just what I experience with Short's Marine and my NEW boat!
