I stopped in and spoke to Marshall in service with an odd request. I needed my trailer hitch adjusted. With a smile he came outside looked at my truck and accommodate my request even though I was not even a customer. He refused to take any money. He has made a customer the next time I'm down here with my boat.

I just had Shorts re-power my Parker boat with a new 250 hp Yamaha and I will say that they finished the job within a couple days without any price changes. This team was great and I would highly recommend them to everybody. They are terrific.

I bought a 17 foot boat used from shorts marine and it gave me problems, so I told them my boat was not performing and not running. They told me mr shorts doesn't sell non working boats they said bring in to be evaluated, they called me a week later and said boat was ready . Not only did they fix my boat but I was not charged , boat runs like a champ now thanks to all the great people at shorts marine. Happy customer!

We purchased our Carolina Skiff from Short's. The Salesmen was great. The in water demo went really well. Every thing was explained in depth. Thank you Shorts.

Brian from sales was great. He walked me through the entire process. Bob from service walked my sons and I through the entire Sea-Doo. I would recommend Shorts for your boating needs.

We bought our first 20' Bennington pontoon boat from Short's. Although we are novice boaters they made the buying process very easy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Short's Marine to other boaters. My only issue is that the Garmin depth finder that comes with the boat is not effective when the boat is underway, according to the Short's technician. Now they tell me.

Shorts came through in the end. They sold our boat for us. Had to wait a bit for the check, but everything else was satisfactory.

Huge selection of boats, jet ski's, and OEM boating parts. Short Marine has several large boat storage grounds where you can store you boat for a yearly fee. They will also do service on your boat or personal watercraft. Quality service.

I purchased two cans of Mercury Lube, about $25.00. The product came late. NOT due to Short's Marine. I did wind up getting them locally (At a higher price BTW). When the product came. I emailed and said. I'd like to return them. They told me. We're sorry. Please keep the product. We'll refund the money plus the shipping cost. Now this is a company you always love to find and do business with. Just very rare and not to many around in these times!!! Great people. Super honest. Thanks Short's Marine!! David
