Very clean and very busy. Service department does quality work, but you have to book out an appointment usually a month in advance.

Dante was absolutely amazing! He made a stressful situation so much easier. I don’t currently live locally so I had to drive 2 hours to his dealership but he was so incredibly friendly & helpful. I’m driving my dream car & couldn’t have done it without him! I highly recommend coming to Scott Kia & working with Dante! Everyone that I encountered there was very friendly & didn't mind my twins being there. A++++++ service!

The KIA Springfield Dealership has always performed Outstanding work on both my 2012 Kia Forte and 2010 Hyundai Elantra. In this most recent case they replaced four of my tires with new ones, checked my brakes, and performed an oil change on my 2012 Kia Forte.
