Overall good buying experience. Ran into inconvenience with insurance company and they helped me through it. Some long wait times when they were busy but overall a good first experience with buying from a dealer. Angelo was a good salesman

This was my first time buying a car and Dante made it effortless. I originally didn’t have Dante but couldn’t be happier how things worked out and got purchase with Dante. I was worried about the process however it was one of the easiest things I have done. Dante was able to give me all of my options prior to purchase. The people at Scott KIA are all professional from the service counter people to the technicians. They only do want is needed on your vehicle and give you readout of what was wrong and what it takes to fix it. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Very helpful and very responsive. Took his time to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible. He wasn't pushy like most other salesmen either which was very nice! He even reached out after leaving with the vehicle to make sure I didn't have any questions or complaints! Would definitely recommend him and Scott Kia of Springfield.
