Chris made the entire service experience smooth and pleasant. He clearly explained what to expect as well as made me aware of an alignment issue. I was given the complete tour of the waiting area including snacks and complementary WiFi. When my vehicle was ready I was extremely happy to find out that it was washed and cleaned. I highly recommend Chris and Scott Kia!

We walked in not knowing how it would work out. We greeted right away by Dante! He made a stressful time into an amazing experience. He answered all our questions, yes I had many lol. I’ve been dealing with Scott Kia dealership for the pass 4 years. And they have been good to me. But I didn’t want to get another vehicle. But I was convinced by talking to Angelo. Chris provided me excellent services at Scott Kia of Springfield.
