I am a returning customer to Scott Kia Springfield. When I came in and Dante was very nice and Delco Dave assured me that they would do everything in their power to assist me with getting approved. I wasn’t assured. My credit is below 500 and I knew that I would not get approved. Not only did they get me approved, they didn’t make me feel like I was irresponsible with my credit. Great dealership. Outstanding service. Just one quesiton - why is "KIA" not listed as in the drop-down box one of the choices (for "make") on the previous page and in the survey below????? Made this process take longer than it should.
The dealership is beautiful inside with an amazing staff that makes the car buying experience so easy. Dante was an awesome salesperson who kept in touch the entire process. You could tell he really loved making the experience easy and was passionate in finding the exact car you wanted. Financing was easy and was in and out.
Let me start off by saying Tom was amazing beginning to the end. He stayed honest about his knowledge throughout the entire encounter. He was very patient, and helpful while waiting for me to decide what I wanted to do. We hit a few snags along the road, but Tom continued to be helpful, as well as patient. He took the time to get personal which was one of the most important moments for me. All around great service, and I’d recommend everyone I know to visit Tom first when looking for a new vehicle

I purchased my Telluride a year ago at the Springfield Kia in PA. I was not quite sure if I wanted to use the service department there because of the distance from my home. Well, I’m glad that I did. The employees there are top notch, from the top to the bottom. I recently had my vehicle in for an inspection, oil change and a warranty issue.
