Very helpful and very responsive. Took his time to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible. He wasn't pushy like most other salesmen either which was very nice! He even reached out after leaving with the vehicle to make sure I didn't have any questions or complaints! Would definitely recommend him and Scott Kia of Springfield.

Service starting to get bad. I took my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation. I was told i needed an alignment. I was there for 4 hours to only get a oil change and no tire rotation. They were going to let me pay for it but i watched the whole process. They are not honest and I'm sorry to say that. I don't know if i want to take my car back there.
