They aren't very interested in selling you a new car for 50k unless you buy a mandatory protection package for almost 4 grand. Good thing there are plenty of other dealers who will. Never doing business with them again.

I bought a car for Scott Kia in August 2020.My I bought a car for Scott Kia in August 2020. My salesperson was Hassan. There were 2 white Kia Forte available in my price range. They both were priced at 12k. The car I wanted had more features and had cruise control. I was offered the other car at 11k, which I refused because of the missing features and especially it did not have cruise control. I did all the paperwork and paid for the car. Poor customer service! I have a 2020 Telluride damaged in their possession and they blamed rodents and charged me! Its like pulling teeth to get a response, but when u are buying they cant do enough for you! 5th KIA purchased between myself and daughter and there wont be another!

I purchased my KIA at this location. Before you signed on the dotted line, you can’t get Dave to STOP calling you. After 6 mos the side mirrors did not close. When I went to pick the car up. they did not fix the problem. I was told this veh. doesn’t have this feature. I told them it was Wkg the last 5 mos,? I was told they called the Mfg. to verify it didn’t have this feature & they couldn’t fix it. Dave was no where to be found & did not Return my calls. At 8,000 miles my battery died, they would not pay for the new battery... read more

I would give negative stars if that was an option. Horrible experience. I had a deal with a salesman on Wednesday. He told me to come back Saturday to sign the papers and pick up the car. When I arrived Saturday I was told the car would now be an additional $139 a month. No real explanation. If the salesman misquoted a price the management should stand behind him and fulfill his promise and satisfy the customer. Instead I got an "oh well, sorry".

Horrible salesman. I was talked into a deal that was not at all good! The reason I came in was because they said it was a better deal than what I had. I don't necessarily blame the dealership but I do blame Hassan!

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER Purchased a used Lincoln car from KIA SCOTT OF SPRINGFIELD September 16 2019. Found out next day over head light/dome was out and CD player did not work. Taken back to KIA. Bulb was replaced CD player was not. Dan told for my husband and I to order CD PLAYER and THEY (KIA) would install it. October 25 2019 change oil soon reading came on. Took car to Lincoln for OIL CHANGE. PAID for oil change. Lincoln dealer ship finds front struts were broken during oil change. Called KIA. Spoke to Steve LaM... read more

Scott Kia does not care about its customers! I got my car inspected at Scott Kia. The next time I tried to drive it, the car would not start and the battery was dead. I had it jumped and went back to Scott Kia. I was told I needed a new battery for $265. I asked to speak to the service manager because I had just gotten my car inspected there and my battery was fine before that. Steve LaMonaca, the service manager brought me into his office. Lied to get me back in there. I stopped in and spent much time with Keith. We were unable to come to a deal I was comfortable with so I finallly left on good terms. However, Keith called me back late afternoon the following Saturday stating that he has figured out a way he could get me in the car with two options. He said they really need to get rid of these 2019 cars so they were offering more discounts.
