Went to purchase a car at the dealership. I was trading in two vehicles.Sales associate asked me to sign a piece of paper indicating price per month and term of the lease. after agreeing to the price and the term I signed her paper. the sales manager also signed the paper. Removed all items in both vehicles. Also had to have a friend of mine pick me up and go back home and get the other vehicle. Transferred insurance. Most unprofessional experience I have ever had . Absolutely will not recommend and I will be filing a complaint with corporate.

Do not take your car to this dealership. They kept our car for just under a month without providing any communication to us, or even ordering parts for our car. They routinely lied and claimed our insurance agent was unresponsive despite our agent’s repeated outreach to Matt H. Not only did Matt claim he never spoke with our agent, he also reported he never even met him in-person. This was proven false information. Wanted to mention one thing. I have been a Kia customer since the days of Ryan Kia and have leased or purchased many cars. This is the first time a free first oil change was not included. I assume this is not a curtesy anymore. I think it is a good practice and should be reinstated.

My lease was up in August and I am currently going thru a divorce and my ex is very sick they will not help in anyway to get the papers approved so I had to extend my lease and now my mileage is over the 30,000. I was going to purchase the vehicle out right but now but now I may just return and purchase else where.

I was truly disappointed how could both the headlights not working after the service was done on the radio part??? I did not drive in the night until 2 weeks later and only then I realized. Then I was away on vacation, so now I am back, I am making a complaint. And I hate driving up to your workshop for service and have to wait for 3-4 hours to get things done. Your mechanical maintenance guy must have fiddle something to set off both the headlight. I need a feedback from you.

I had my car inspected and now my car pulls to the right when I press on the brake petal.. I called back for assistance and no one has returned my calls.. So I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with Scott Kia’s service dept..
