Pedro and Jon were fantastic! They were both patient and answered every question and concern. The finance manager, however, could use a lesson on how to speak to customers. He was rude and condescending. His aggressive tone left little to be desired. If Pedro and Jon were not so wonderful, I would have taken business elsewhere based solely on that interaction. Unfortunately, I do not believe I will return or recommend to anyone because of him.
DO NOT GO HERE! !!!! Issues with car since I bought it a few weeks ago, no one answers, no follow ups, NOTHING---- car left me sitting - just waiting and paying for a vehicle that I have only been able to utilize a very limited time. I read the reviews and went against my better judgment - WORST PURCHASE EVER MADE !!!!!!!!!!
Came in for inspection with know issue with rear light housing. Got a call saying car was ready. Wife went to pick up the car. When she tried the turn signal she found out they never fixed the problem even though we were charged for labor and the part. She left the car as they promised to fix it the next morning. The next morning I get a call that the part was in. The part we were charged for that they didn’t replace. This has not happened in the past but Very disappointed
I will start off by saying that I have been to Scott Kia Springfield on several occasions and never really had a serious issues. Today, February 22, 2025 was a different story when I encountered sales associate William Gleason. He started off nice and very informative, but then things took a turn in which he was very rude to me at the end. Not up front or open about product, service is great, however never again. I have two years and I will go back to Mitsubishi.
For me to pay close to $200 I sat and waited for my vehicle for 3hrs and got mediocre service. Only an oil change. I don’t pay this much for full synthetic oil change anywhere else. And wait about 3hrs long. Totally ridiculous!!
The staff was friendly & worked hard to find to solutions to the many setbacks during the negotiations . However, two visits & 9 hours is way too long of a process. Enduring this process was exhausting and not one I want to repeat
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible experience with my Kia Optima and this dealership’s service department. My engine burns more oil than gas…which has now destroyed my catalytic converter as a result. It only has 65,000 miles on it. It was less than 1 month past warranty when I brought it in and, despite them being able to help a customer with a problem, the service manager has told me that they have decided not to. Buyer BEWARE. Jim McDonald the GM at this Kia dealer is Argumentative, doesn't take ownership for the dealers adds, mistating miles on cars and even condition after the Kia certified inspection. Went there to buy a Tulluride advertised on the internet. Broken tail light and miles not correct none of this was their problem. Two tires changed but others passed said Jim McDonald the Kia General Manager. AWD with just two tires changed. His reply, " Not going to put any more money into it" Time to move on!!!
