Took my 2020 Sportage in for inspection, oil change, etc. cost was okay but the service took over two hours, way too long from my experience.
I'm not sure of the reason why I never 😕 can Reach agreement with this dealership but I have every line of the kia from the Forte up to the telluride and haven't Brought a vehicle from his dealership And I live right around the corner That's a problem all my purchases have been Of a part of the city And no one has called or said that's a problem If I was the owner of the dealership I would be upset that I haven't sold this gentleman car yet
Waited about 3 1/2 hours to sign paperwork and they put my wife as the primary purchaser and said it was because she was 1st on the credit application which is incorrect. After having the car a few days had issues with the blind spot/ cross traffic alert. 3 times back to the dealership. Last time they had it for 3 days before finally getting it right. The 1st 2 times they assured me it was a computer issue and had fixed it. This was the 4th car we purchased from Scott and also leased 1 . This last experience left a bad taste... read more
Website I am emailed monthly now has no coupons? Also website for 15,000 maintenance has a different price $181.+ price shown at xx in $199. Recommend your website be updated asap. I should have gotten price per website, I showed Rep next to Chris as he was not there at time. Other companies will give you web vs in shop pricing. Discouraged. Not a happy longtime customer.
The communication with the service department overall was horrible. Trying to get someone to call you back was ridiculous.
I had appointment on the 31st of last month for oil change and to get appraisal and trade in for Kia EV I want to show floor observe the car got in it opened the door walked around it open the trunk read the window tag I went back to the waiting area came back out walked around and looked at it again I did that two more times and no one came to assist me no one appraising my car all the customers came in and they came from behind the glass door to help them four times this happened and no one would ask me could they help me ... read more
Waste of time coming here. Website should clearly state there are non-negotiable fees tacked on to the price of the vehicle. If I had known this I would never have driven the hour plus drive to this dealership. They will not negotiate removing these unnecessary fees when I clearly did not want those services offered. I will make sure I tell anyone I know that’s purchasing a Kia not to go to Springfield Kia.
The month of April I took my car into Scott Kia in Springfield ,PA for a recall and they stated my engine passed the recall. Some how I was still experiencing a oil leak. I took back in STEVE( STEVE MANGER ) the service manger stated " He knows exactly what it is he has seen a lot of Kia come in for the same problem it is the piston ring ". This is by far the worst dealership Kia has!! The customer service is poor they don’t communicate, they don’t care! Awful don’t go here!! I will not return I will try another Kia! They over charged me for a rental because they had my car sitting for days! They had my car for 3 weeks!! I paid 600 in rental fees alone!
