Disappointed I went into Scott Kia today. First there was absolutley no place to park. For a new facility it was very frustrating. Once I foiund a parking spot I wondered around the lot looking at cars.... NOT once did someone even say hello to me let alone try to help. I then proceeded into the showroom. I looked at the 4 cars they had in there....again wondering around and again out of all the people working in the showroom NO ONE bothrrrd to greet me... let alone ask if they could assist me. NEVER AGAIN I'll start on the one positive note that there it.. Ron, who was my car salesman, is hands down the best person who has ever sold me anything. I was so impressed with his efforts and drive and he was the ONLY positive part of my experience! My experience that happens to still be going on. (Meanwhile I got a vehicle months ago.) they refuse to service my car I bought there I purchased a 2015 Kia Optima form these jerks. I made an appointment to have my oil changed, they refused because My husband bought a car from hem that they will NOT fix. He was forced to hire an attorney on these jerks and they refuse to do ANY work on my car. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS......
After The Purchase, You're On Your Own This review has nothing to do with the actual vehicle. I am VERY satisfied with my 2016 Optima. The problem is I couldn't be more dissatisfied with the customer service experience afterwards. I recently traded in a lease early to begin a new lease. Disgusting people, disgusting dealership I bought my car here 19 months ago. the list of issues is radio has never worked right, weather stripping falling off, new issue heated seats stopped working. car smells something terrible. The Worst Experience In late August, my wife and I purchased a car from Jim Rosa. I have no complaint with Mr. Rosa; he did his job courteously and effectively. We live in Virginia, and the title and tag clerk, Rosanne, was off on Saturday. We were charged up front for title and tags, told that Rosanne would process our registration after the weekend, and given a 30 day temp registration to return home to Virginia with. The most unwelcoming dealership staff I set up an online appointment especially to save time since I work every day. This dealership is not even on my way home and yet the reasonable price got my eye. I show up at the appointment time and they did not have the car. The staff person in charge of the appointment handed me to some other sales person as if she had nothing to do with a customer. DISAPPOINTED I purchased 3 vehicles at Scott Kia in the last year, I will NEVER purchase a KIA product again, one of the reasons I went here is for the service. Steve Carillo and Angel are great to work with, when an issue arrises there is no easy way to get it fixed, I truly hate that I will not be doing business here again, I will be trading my KIA in on a ford or Chevy shortly. it will NOT be a Kia. Melvin in serivice is awesome, if you buy from here. make sure everything is in writing.
