Ask for Hassan!! Hassan was friendly and chill from the start. I knew which car on their lot I wanted to look at because I saw it on their website. They had well lit thorough photos. I made an appointment for after work. Nobody is expected to know everything about every trim level of every model, but Hassan seemed to be pretty knowledgeable. Easy, and convenient I just purchased my 2019 Kia Optima. I LOVE my new car. I wanted the red, and my sales rep, Dan Hrehocik told me not to worry. Not only did they find me the car of my dreams, but sooner than I originally expected. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new car and all the options. Great Service at Scott Kia I have been e-mailing and talking with Scott Kia of Springfield for awhile not sure if I wanted to gave up my 2000 Kia Sportage.
