Extremely helpful, patient and courteous. Mike is now my preferred sales person. I would actually visit the dealership simply to sit down with him and discourse. Great personality. Very much informed about product.

Amazing experience Dan and Bob were extremely helpful and made the process fast and smooth. They helped me pick out the perfect car based on what I was lokkkng for and really worked to get me a great price. They are genuine great guys! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

Excellent Customer Service Agent; Hassan, and Office Staff. Our saleman, Mr. Hassan was awesome. He was courtesy, informative and knowledgeable about the vehicles and very conscientious of our needs. Amazing experience I had a truly unbelievable experience at this dealership. I came in with very low expectations and drove off with a brand new Optima thanks to Hassan and his patience as sales professional. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to cars and financing. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I truly encourage you to call Hassan. He even has a Facebook page ( Hassan- the Kia guy) check him out, you won’t be disappointed.

Best customer service ever!! No hassle, no pressure sales. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I spoke to and visited multiple KIA dealerships, but i didnt have to negotiate pricing at Scott KIA, i asked for their bottom line and i took it. Great people great experience I brought my las 2 cars there. My salesman Dan know exactly what I needed and did everything he could to get me the best deal possible. The people there a the friendliest I have dealt with. They really know there products inside and out.

Best car buying experience I ever had! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend buying a Kia car and buying it from this dealership. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful and not pushy like other dealerships. And Dan was THE BEST SALES PERSON EVER!!! I would definitely give him 10 stars!
