The best car purchase experience of my entire life. Eric Suplee, our sales professional, was the first car salesperson who left me smiling. The Scott dealership lived up to it's great reputation. I purchased my first car in 1956 and the Kia Soul, 2019, will be my last .

Very pleasant experience This was my first time at Scott Kia in Springfield Dan H. came out to assist me. He was very professional , friendly ,knowledgeable and honest. He works with his clients to get them the best deal which I was able to drive away with a 2019 Kia Sorento. The whole team was a pleasure to work with.

Satisfied with service but no purchase The salesperson Ali Çamur did an outstanding job of communication, following up, clarity, honesty and integrity. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable with my visit. I would definitely recommend him to my friends even though I chose to make my purchase elsewhere. Professional & Friendly I am so happy to have had the opportunity to work with Hassan. He was friendly, professional and worked extremely hard to get me approved for the vehicle that I wanted. I came in requesting a Kia Sorento, I didnt have much of a down payment and had only been at my place of employment for roughly 2 1/2 months and Hassan was able to get me approved for a certified pre-owned vehicle that same day.
