Highly recommend I would highly recommend Scott Kia, and especially Jeff Belack. We felt comfortable and at ease during the entire process. There were no high pressure sales and not rushed at all. During delivery Jeff went through everything making sure to answer all our questions.

Scott Kia= customer satisfaction Hassan and Dan were very responsive to my needs. They looked out for my bottom line every step of the way. Great dealer & dealership! Eric was great, he let me test drive every car we looked at. He did not rush us & was very professional. I purchased the tire protection & needed a new tire after 40 days of leasing the car. Kia ordered the tire, I went back, took only an hour and everything was good. I live around 40 minutes from dealer but it is worth the trip to Kia of Springfield.

Great experience Eric greeted me and made sure that all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable asked me if I had an idea of what my monthly payment would be and he got me approved and leave with the car I went there to see....that was great didn't expect for that to happen but it did... thanks Eric...I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a car new or used..
