Great dealer & dealership! Eric was great, he let me test drive every car we looked at. He did not rush us & was very professional. I purchased the tire protection & needed a new tire after 40 days of leasing the car. Kia ordered the tire, I went back, took only an hour and everything was good. I live around 40 minutes from dealer but it is worth the trip to Kia of Springfield.

Great experience Eric greeted me and made sure that all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable asked me if I had an idea of what my monthly payment would be and he got me approved and leave with the car I went there to see....that was great didn't expect for that to happen but it did... thanks Eric...I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a car new or used..

Friendly and Compromising I gave this dealership/dealer a 4 star rating instead of a five only because I have never been to another dealership so I have no comparison. Very friendly, compromising and comfortable.

Awesome Sauce. Very first newer car!!! This was my first time buying a newer used car and Eric was very patient with me and my sister when we got on the lot. He literally spent his whole day with me. We test drove cars he didn't rush me and he answered every question that I had. I had went to two other dealerships in the area and by far my best experience was with Kia Scott Springfield, Pa.
