My experience was a lot better this time then last no fault My experience this time was a 100% better then 3 months ago when I purchased my other vehicle. Salesman was very helpful & Courteous just like my other salesman was. Only problem first time I was there for over 3 hrs & I had a 3:45! Appointment to pick up my car Overall I would recommend your dealership to friends

Excellent Customer Service Service Advisor Evone Fisher went beyond to not only review the work that was done, but to also go over the things that should be done upon my next routine maintenance visit. The tech who worked on my vehicle Moises Torres insured that the maintenance was done in a timely manner while still insuring that the work was done correctly the first time. Great service from start to finish. Just bought a Sedona from Scott Kia. My wife and I, along with my daughter, visited Scott Kia just for information. Our contact was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We explained that we planned to visit other dealerships and there was no push to sell or keep us there.
