Purchased a 2017 Tundra A great experience with our salesperson, Joe Taylor. No pressure, knowledgeable, friendly and "normal". We already knew what we wanted when we arrived at the dealership. Joe quickly setup a demo ride. We loved the truck and purchased the original one we drove. Bottom line, Joe was the reason we purchased the truck from GF Toyota. Excellent experience We tried two other Toyota dealers in our area but were high pressured to an uncomfortable level (e.g.,, not allowed to leave unless we "met" the manager). No pressure at Glens Falls. Gabrielle was polite, very informative, and when we narrowed down what we wanted, she immediately found four acceptable models in the area and let us take the information away with no hassles. Best Car Experience Ever!!! Jared Cusma was very welcoming and catered to my needs and what I was looking for, for my Tacoma pickup. I had a good idea what I wanted and they were able to get me the truck I was after that other dealers wouldn't find for me at a reasonable price. I was at one other dealer the same day that I stopped at Glens Falls Toyota and the other dealer was trying to push me into buying the truck the same day and at the time I wasn't ready. Fantastic experience! My experience purchasing my 2016 Toyota Tacoma from Glens Falls Toyota was fantastic. I wasn't sure what actually wanted in a truck but was able to have my dream truck. Everyone worked very hard to get me into the truck very quickly as was going to be unavailable for some time. Top notch dealership!
service From the time I introduced myself to the agent until I drove away in my 2016 Toyota, I was given excellent assistance, information and service. The process of returning the leased vehicle and getting the new one was made as easily for me as was possible. Through contact with the agent, I was able to fill out forms ahead of time, did not have to make several visits back to the agency and was given every courtesy. The way car buying should be Colleen did a great job working with us to find the right vehicle. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. The low pressure atmosphere was a breathe of fresh compared to other dealerships we visited.
good and bad Salesman was go, but told him we needed excellent service. We have not had the vehicle a month and have already had two issues, not happy. Would return the vehicle if I could get my money back. Bad service means a not a good dealer to me.

Customer decided to cancel service appointment for a service she had requested on her new car. We were supposed to have a check ready for her to pick up for the refund of the service she cancelled. The person responsible for the check to be ready came in about a half an hour later than the customer, and it was not ready. We called and apologized and the customer received the check in the mail.
