Pleasurable business experience. I made the trip to Glens Falls Toyota, 3 hours and multiple Toyota dealerships out of the way, to purchase my new truck and I have no regrets in doing so! Friendly courteous staff Bill way tie was a great salesman. Dealership was willing to work with you. Dealership was clean and organized. Staff treated you like you were part of the family. Would buy from again.
No hassle experience I was looking for a second car to keep the commuting miles down on the new car. Had prior Corollas and liked the gas mileage. I made an online offer and Joe Taylor called me back within five minutes. I bought the car the next morning. Very nice not spending half the day trying to purchase a vehicle and playing the back and forth game. Pleased all the way around.

Great salesman The dealership made it easy to compromise and give me a fair deal. They were friendly and not pushy. I would recommend going here. I haven't had to have any service yet since the car is new so I cannot comment on the service/repairs, but Joe was an excellent salesman.
Lease ending soon I love everything about Glens Falls Toyota...from their recently remodeled facility and comfortable waiting room to the great friendly service after the sale. My new RAV4 is my third vehicle purchased/ leased from GF Toyota and I have no reservations recommending a Toyota from GF Toyota to anyone looking for their next car or truck.
