Very Low-Key and Helpful I haven't had to buy a car in over 8 years, and was still coming to terms with taking on a car payment again. I told this to the salesman, Joe Taylor, and he was very patient and helpful in trying to find a vehicle that I could afford, with the features I needed. Certified Prius Tina and Nicole introduced me to a Prius. Never thought I would buy a hybrid. They were great. No high pressure. Just asked about my interests and needs. Before I knew it, I was driving away in hybrid that I am very happy with. Every part of experience was great. I will be back the next time I need a car.
Comfortable experience Very good experience. Went to Glens Falls because the Saratoga Toyota dealership did not have the car we were looking for. Gabrielle Smith met me & let me test drive two different Camrys: a 4 cylinder & the 6 cylinder. She explained all the features clearly and never put any pressure on me.
