Best new car buying experience so far. Fourth new vehicle purchase, first time with Glens Falls Toyota. Not what I'm used to from a car dealer. Asked the best price they could do, and they came right out of the gate with a reasonable price. Negotiated a bit over options, price, and availability (car had to be ordered) and was satisfied with end result. Enjoy buying a car again Too many times poorly trained and aggressive sales staff tires to tell you what you want or doesn't listen to what you ask. They are just more sales driven than customer service driven. Here at Glens Falls the customer is the focus in sales and in service. You couldn't ask for more attention to your needs and wants in any business.

Friendly, courteous and knowledgable staff. This was my first experience with Toyota. Gabrielle was very helpful and explained everything in detail. Ben was great with the financial aspects. Everything went very smoothly with no pressure. I know I'll enjoy my new Toyota Corolla.
Service Department very accomadating The service department was very easy to deal with. Picked me up and dropped me off at my house for oil changes and same day servicing. When extended work was needed, they offered a loaner at no charge. When I purchased my new Tundra, Tina was very knowledgeable and on point. I would highly recommend Tina for all your vehicle purchases.

The "We Care" Team does it again. Just drove my 2016 Corolla LE home from Glens Falls Toyota, the "We Care" dealership. This is my sixth purchase from them ( 5 Tacoma pickups and this Corolla). Gabrielle Smith has been my sales lady each time and knows her business. Their sales and service are top-notch.

Excellent From walking thru the door to driving our new Prius of the lot Bill Wattie was awesome. He was knowledgeable about the Prius and explained everything about it to us. We were very impressed with the amount we were given on our trade-in and the discounts on the Prius. Ben was great at explaining all the add ons that were available without the "high pressure sales".
