Excellent service Gabrielle was fantastic!!! We started at different Toyota dealership..They were terrible and gave us the run around..My husband called Glens Falls Toyota, spoke to Gabrielle..In less than 15 minutes she found the car I wanted. She emailed us the info..No pressure to use their financing ( we wanted to go through our credit union) Gabrielle spent time showing us all the features of the new car. Review of recent purchase We recently purchased a Toyota Highlander Hybrid at Glens Falls Toyota. The salesman was excellent, pleasant, and helpful. He did not pressure us in anyway and accommodated our every question. The car was quickly prepared for our purchase. I especially appreciated they would take a personal check for payment. As good as it gets- Sales Tina sold is a new Highlander and was about as good a representative of a company as any dealership could wish for. She provided us with all the information and explanations w dsired and handled the entire situation in an exemplary fashion. Paul was very welcoming and Ben was proficient and professional as one would expect in the finest of sales staff.
